Notify Our Support Team
Contact our dedicated trade support team via email or our online portal within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Documentation
Ensure your delivery note is included in the package and clearly mark the outside of the carton with your assigned RMA number to prevent delays in processing.
Securely Package and Ship
Pack the items securely to prevent damage during transit and send them back to our distribution center using a tracked shipping service for your peace of mind.
Refund Processing
